I am a counsellor based in South Birmingham. I provide counselling for individual clients, with a range of presenting issues, from Birmingham, Soilhull and the West Midlands area more widely. My practice is based in the centre of Moseley Village, just a couple of miles south of Birmingham city centre.

There are many approaches to counselling and psychotherapy, and the approach I use is called psychodynamic counselling.
